A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 da ju\u00edza L\u00e9lia Aparecida Toledo Azevedo, da vara \u00fanica de Santa Rita do Passaquatro, no interior de S\u00e3o Paulo, que rejeitou recurso da M\u00fcller. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A empresa tentava reverter a senten\u00e7a que determinava o recolhimento da cacha\u00e7a ou a multa di\u00e1ria de 100 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos, que hoje, segundo a concorrente Caninha Oncinha, j\u00e1 somariam cerca de R$ 48 milh\u00f5es. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">As tamb\u00e9m fabricantes de aguardente Caninha Oncinha e Missiato Ind\u00fastria e Com\u00e9rcio defendem que a impress\u00e3o em relevo na garrafa da 51 faz com que as demais fabricantes de cacha\u00e7a sejam prejudicadas no mercado. Isso porque elas s\u00f3 podem usar o vasilhame liso. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A Oncinha e a Missiato reiniciaram a briga judicial em 2000, porque a Caninha 51 teria descumprido um acordo judicial, firmado em 1995, com o compromisso de n\u00e3o mais fabricar litros com a logomarca em relevo. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A nova a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial das concorrentes ocorreu quando elas perceberam que come\u00e7aram a reaparecer litros com relevo no mercado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Todas as garrafas da Cacha\u00e7a 51, produto l\u00edder de mercado, fabricada pela Companhia M\u00fcller de Bebidas, dever\u00e3o ser recolhidas do mercado.
